Refund policy

OrganicPanik operates a clear and limited return and refund policy. 

Returns are processed in Switzerland and apply to customers in Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

Right of Return

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided that the following conditions are met:

• The item is unworn, unwashed, and unused
• All original tags remain attached
• The item is returned in its original condition

To initiate a return, customers must contact returns@organicpanik.com with their order number before sending the item back.

Returns sent without prior contact may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
OrganicPanik does not offer free return shipping.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after inspection. Please note that additional time may be required for the payment provider to complete the transaction.

Exchanges

Direct exchanges are not offered.

If a different size or item is desired, the original item must be returned (if eligible) and a new order placed once the refund has been completed.

Exclusions

Returns will not be accepted for:

• Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage
• Items returned after the 14-day return period

Defective or Incorrect Items

If an item is received defective or incorrect, customers must notify OrganicPanik immediately.

In such cases, OrganicPanik will arrange an appropriate resolution and cover any related return or replacement costs.
